曼斐諾巧克力是一間Beans to Bars的黑巧克力專賣店,品牌堅持呈現純粹天然的可可原味,只使用單一豆種製作巧克力,確保口感的美好調性。


厄瓜多與越南為曼斐諾創辦人各自的成長環境,身為夥伴也是夫妻的兩人,攜手跨越國界,在台灣築出始於愛情的巧克力版圖。


選用自家厄瓜多直營農場及越南可可小農的豆子製作Beans to Bars(從挑選可可豆到製作過程都親身參與)的巧克力,可可豆經過選豆、烘培、發酵、碾壓、調溫、包裝等,製成巧克力塊的所有過程,皆是不假他手、親自層層把關。


嚴選頂級原料,製作天然新鮮且香醇的巧克力,口味多元、風味獨特、食材安心是曼斐諾巧克力的特色。

曾榮獲AOC與ICA國際大賽等多個獎項,我們仍不斷研究各式風味的可可豆,致力於將黑巧濃郁的幸褔延續、傳遞。
